I’m writing with a tender heart to share that I will be closing my massage practice for now due to an injury that requires me to step away and focus on healing.

It has been such an honor to work with you and I am deeply grateful for your trust and for the care we have shared.

While I am pausing massage, I will continue offering TCTSY, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, along with occasional community sessions and workshops locally and virtually. I would love to stay connected in those spaces.
