Integrative Massage Therapy
Individually tailored holistic sessions that may include reflexology, aromatherapy, deep tissue, Swedish, hot stones, cupping, and hot towels. This is a client centered approach to Massage Therapy. It is collaborative session with the acknowledgement that you, the client, knows your body best.
Sessions available in 60, 75, 90 minute offerings
Kelcy is a Society For Oncology Massage Preferred practitioner. Oncology Massage does not replace standard care but is combined with it to facilitate new levels of healing. This practice may have modified use of heat, pressure and stroke directions in areas one may have been treated. Everyone affected by cancer — people in active treatment, those in recovery or survivorship, those at the end of life, and even caregivers — can benefit from oncology massage.

PRENATAL MASSAGE
This offering focuses on improving circulation and easing physical and mental fatigue. Kelcy uses hot towels, aromatherapy, and a specialized pregnancy pillow allowing the client to lay comfortably belly down. You are welcome to come at any stage of pregnancy.
Prenatal offerings are available in 60, 75, and 90 minute sessions.

TCTSY (trauma center trauma sensitive yoga)
TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga ), a program of The Center For Trauma and Embodiment, and is an adjunctive treatment for complex trauma and complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Developed in the United States, TCTSY is utilized with children, youth, and adults around the world. TCTSY is open to all people regardless of age, gender identity, race, ethnicity, body type and physical ability.
